About WatchGuard Floor
A floor system built for crews that install for a living — under your brand if you want it.
WatchGuard Floor is the floor coating line of Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, offered under the WatchGuard private-label brand. It covers the full assembly — OR-621 basecoat, OR-55 and OR-75DCL topcoats, OR-ACR-42, OR-E41 epoxy primer, 7001 Primer, Concrete Mender, and Super Orange Cleaner.
The reason it exists as its own line is that floor crews buy differently than roofing or industrial applicators. They buy in kits, they buy weekly, they need color consistency across jobs, and they need a supplier who understands that a delayed shipment means a cancelled install with a homeowner standing in an empty garage.
Coatings for punishing service are the whole business here. We do not also make house paint.
The Contractor Program
For Floor Coating Contractors
If you already install floors, you know the two things that actually determine whether a season is profitable: floors per crew day, and callbacks. Everything else is noise.
A one-day system with a next-day return to service raises the first number. UV stability, real substrate repair, and prep discipline lower the second. We support both — the material is the easy part, and we spend more time on process with new crews than on product.
If you are starting a floor business, talk to us before you buy a grinder. We will walk you through equipment sizing, the install sequence, prep standards, and pricing your first jobs. None of that is billed as a service.
If you are switching from epoxy, expect a short adjustment on working time. Fast-cure chemistry rewards an organized crew and punishes a disorganized one. We will get you through the first several floors.
For Dealers, Distributors & Franchises
Floor coating is one of the few categories where private labeling genuinely changes close rates. A homeowner with three quotes cannot evaluate three unfamiliar product names and will pick on price. A contractor presenting their own branded system with documentation behind it has stepped out of that comparison.
For multi-crew and franchise operations, a single-source system also means consistent color, consistent process, and one technical contact across every market you operate in — rather than a different regional distributor and a slightly different product in each city.
Volume tiers start low enough that a two-truck operation can enter the program. Tell us your region and roughly how many floors a month you run and we will send the schedule.
